Web Case System provides a complete automated environment to manage organization workflow and to assists case managers in managing any kind of cases.

All account details, financials, Documents, and a complete history of events, are managed within the system. In Addition users can use various tools such as Letter system for generating Pre-defined letters which can then be sent directly from the system.

Users/Clients can access the system anytime, anywhere and get real-time information. They can place new cases, add notes, view collection activity, transactions history, status of accounts, Ask questions and much more.

Key Features

Each Case contains Various sections which gives the organization complete record of a file. Sections such as case details, subjects, address, financials, steps, actions, status history, notes, attachments, transactions and communication with client.

Financial section - indicates the debt amount to be collected and provides the user with the ability to choose any currency from the drop down list. Different cases have different currencies. A common currency can be chosen for the Collection system and it will be displayed on the summary screen. The common currency allows for a more accurate debt amount. The currency is converted automatically on a daily through its link to the XE Website.

Notes section is where a user will keep a record of the action taken for a case and, when properly used, it will provide a timeline for a case. It ensures that all information is readily available as when emails sent to client, they are recorded in the notes section as well.

Attachment section enables users to upload and store all available documents in regards to a specific case.

Communicating with client is done via the communication section which acts just like an email application. The client details stored on the database will contain the email address of the client. This will then be displayed in the communication section. Different contact persons can be selected from the drop down list of client contacts. Once the correct one is selected and the case updated, his or her email will be displayed in the communication section.

When payments are made, these details can be added to the transaction section which can be finalized, creating an invoice automatically.
