Dedicated servers for statistics and data logs - Your statistics and data logs are collated on a dedicated statistics server. This reduces the workload on our web servers which is part of our plan to operate our systems efficiently and at optimum speed.

Multiple web servers for maximum efficiency - In our shared environment we install only a minimal quantity of websites onto the one server. This means your website won't be slowed down by activity on other websites.

Back-up and storage servers - You may be assured that you will never lose important data. All data is constantly backed up to a second hard-drive, then to a dedicated back-up server and finally burnt to DVD.

Hardware maintenance - We regularly replace the hard-drives of all our servers. Besides the fan, it is the only moving part of our servers, and will eventually wear out and fail. We make sure this never happens.

24 hour monitoring - Our servers, your websites, are monitored 24 hours a day, all year round. This is done both physically at the data centre and off-site. A problem with any server will never go unnoticed.
